Sir Richard Harpin is one of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs, best known as the Founder of HomeServe, the home repairs and improvements business he co-founded in 1993 and grew into a FTSE 100 company serving millions of customers internationally. Under his leadership, HomeServe expanded across Europe, North America and Asia before being acquired by Brookfield Asset Management in a £4.1 billion transaction in 2023.
Eva is a Partner in EY's UK&I Private Equity team, specialising in technology-focused investments across software, fintech and tech-enabled services. She advises private equity and venture capital firms on value creation, digital transformation and growth strategies, including AI transformation programmes.
Ben is a Partner in EY's UK&I Private Equity team, specialising in operations and value creation. He helps clients achieve exit readiness by bringing together commercial, financial, tax, operational and technology expertise to support compelling equity stories.
Rory is the author of The Activator Advantage and advises organisations on accelerating growth through stronger client relationships, commercial leadership and business development. His work focuses on the behaviours and habits of high-performing growth leaders.
Logan is an entrepreneur, investor and recruitment industry leader, and Founder of Kernel. He has built purpose-led, high-performing businesses focused on helping people and organisations achieve their full potential.
Rachel is Head of Content at Kernel and Editor of The Kernel Magazine. A former Enterprise Editor of The Sunday Times, she is the author of eight books on entrepreneurship and personal development, including How to Make a Million Before Lunch.
