Tim Webster

Tim’s mission is to push the growth and development of Kernel as an industry leader for high-growth recruitment firms. He wants to continue setting a high standard, both for our existing portfolio and for any other brands that will join us.

Before he dedicated his career to ensuring exceptional operational efficiency, he had a track record in the recruitment industry. This allowed him to bring deep market knowledge and experience to the table.

In 2016, he hung up his recruitment gloves and changed directions. His focus switched to growing cross-functional teams and optimising business processes. He did this very successfully by implementing new and innovative technologies and pushing the boundaries of the industry.

Before taking on his group role at Kernel in 2023, Tim co-led the Early Careers team at Dartmouth Partners since its beginnings and went on to become the company’s COO. As an innovative, collaborative, and proactive personality, he wants to supercharge the growth and profitability of their brands.

Tim studied Management and French at the University of Nottingham and Aduencia Business School in France. Outside of the boardroom, Tim is an embarrassingly proud father of three. He is also an avid watersports enthusiast and has an active role in several Christian charities.
