Katie is committed to ensuring Kernel’s clients, talent, and her colleagues have the best possible experience. She is constantly implementing and developing innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and ensure growth. Her commercial, pragmatic, and strategic nature is in line with our long-term objectives.

Before her time on our team, she gained a wealth of legal experience in private practice at Archon Solicitors. Katie also gained valuable leadership and commercial experience while working at Aon and Gattaca plc.

While working at Kernel, she successfully created the Kernel Sales Enablement function. With this, she implemented a structured and scalable platform to support and fast-track the sustainable growth of our brands.

A qualified lawyer, Katie holds an MBA from the Henley Business School. Between pushing boundaries in what Kernel can be, Katie also provides a taxi service for her two children. Between her busy schedule and family life, she also enjoys unwinding on a long walk by the sea and curling up with a good book.
