Katie is Head of Legal and Company Secretary for the Kernel Group, responsible for legal, compliance, and corporate governance across the Group.
Katie joined Kernel in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience in legal strategy, people management, corporate governance, and staffing industry compliance. After spending 11 years in private practice, Katie joined Gattaca plc, the AIM-listed recruitment company, in 2016 where she held the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary. From her extensive career, Katie understands the need to balance legal risk with commercial reality to meet the demands of a fast-paced professional services environment.
In her spare time, when she is not busy acting as a taxi service for her children, Katie likes to make the most of living by the sea with lots of walks and paddleboarding in the warmer months.
